Boob to bottle

Hi everyone. So I am switching my baby over from breast milk to formula. Due to my Mental health I can no longer breastfeed. For some reason it causes me anxiety and depression due to the dopamine drop you get.

Any mommas have suggestions how to transfer her over?? I have about 80 oz of my frozen milk so I can still use that untill she’s fully on formula. Also, if anyone can help me dry my supply up! My boobs r so hard and hurt so bad … 😞

This was a very difficult decisions so please no hate, im having a very hard time as it is.
