postpartum hair loss

howdy yall

sooo anyone else have extreme pp hair loss ??? i’m 4 months pp and it just started this week, i’m losing actual clumps of hair and i’m missing hair around my ears. it’s the only place with major hair loss (lol also i’ve always had a shitty hairline but the hairline around my ears is like balding ????)

this is the hair loss from my last shower ? does this seem like a lot or do y’all think it’s just my scalp making up for what it hasn’t shed yet? i’m still taking prenatals and i pump feed so idk if that if that has any impact
