Is it okay to drink Heineken 0.0 when still breastfeeding?

Hi!!
I’ve been breastfeeding for 9.5 months now. I suddenly craved for beer but I’m scared it would not be good for my baby since she really wants to be latched than drink from a bottle. My husband got me Heineken 0.0 but I’m so hesitant about it. I’ve read pregnant women having a go on drinking this, I can’t find any article that says it’s okay for breastfeeding moms. Or should I still pump and dump after?

Um… it’s zero percent alcohol. It’s the same as drinking a soda like ginger ale or root beer? It’s not even as “bad” as drinking a Pepsi because there’s not even caffeine.

I’ve been breastfeeding for almost 5 months and when LO goes to sleep I have a beer most nights. It doesn’t have to be alcohol free mama! But if that’s what you prefer go for it 😃

there’s no alcohol in them so their fine, but i suggest buying these test strips. i think target sells them in store or you can just buy online- either way it’ll definitely give you peace of mind if i’m the future you want a drink.

Drink that beer lol you deserve it. I breastfeed too and I have take one beer before as long as you don’t over do it.
