bleeding, 5 weeks pregnant. miscarriage?

I am 5 weeks pregnant today and have had some cramps and bleeding. the blood has been enough to fill a panty liner from lunch time till 7:00 on the liner it looked brown but when I wipe it’s bright red. 15 minutes ago I went to pee and a few drops of red blood went into the toilet when I sat down. should I be worried or could this be completely okay? i’m very worried and need a piece of mind weather positive or negative.

Same thing just happened to me and it was a chemical I do believe. :( I was testing positive and started spotting the day I got my bfp. It slowly increased to just when I wiped. Then started cramping and I felt it gush and have been bleeding like a period every day since, with clots and all. My tests are negative now. I was only pregnant for 5 days 😭 bled literally the whole time. I hope you have a better outcome.

Blood doesn’t necessarily mean miscarriage. I bled from week 5-15 and had a perfectly healthy baby. And the bleeding I had was heavy with clots. Also had cramping that was coming from a cyst. Bleeding was due to two sub chorionic hemorrhages one large one and one small one.

I would go to the ER, that sounds like the beginning of my last miscarriage. But there are a lot of things it could be, you need blood tests and an ultrasound.
