Joint pain postpartum
My daughter is 6 wks old and since the first week I have had really bad joint pain, mostly in my hands wrists and shoulders, but in the morning it’s everywhere including my feet when I walk! I have pain just burping her flexing my wrist back-and-forth. Is this just my body getting used to caring for a little one around and lack of sleep? Anyone else experience this?
