Pain should I go get seen?

Im 6 days post csection and yesterday and now early today Im having a pain on my lower right side. Even with my hydrocodone I can still feel it, it does take the edge off though. Like a bad muscle cramp/stabbing feeling that comes and goes. The area is very tender if I apply a little pressure. Its not from my incision but higher up and to the right. Im worried something is wrong, it’s definitely making me grit my teeth.

I called my OB nurse yesterday and she suggested it may just be constipation and I should try miralax. I had a bowel movement a couple days ago and passing gas.I havent went again since then though. Would constipation cause tenderness? Before csection I tend to have chronic constipation.

Part of me thinks I need to go get seen but the other part of me thinks maybe it is, just constipation? I took miralax and nothing happened.
