Those of you that eat superfoods...chia seeds, quinoa, etc. Do you eat these on a daily basis or a couple of times a week? I'm trying to be healthier but this stuff is SO expensive where I am. I do already have a fridge full of veggies and that, just want to increase my nutrient intake.
