Is this controlling behavior?

So my boobs have been aching and I don’t want to wear a bra. So I have a t shirt on and my boyfriend and I were going to the dollar store. He tells me “if you don’t put a bra on we aren’t going” I get offended and put a jacket on and I tell him why is that a big deal to you. He says “Other guys will look at you if you don’t have a bra on” . I told him everyone knows women have boobs it’s not like i’m naked I’m wearing a t shirt with a jacket. He says “Well i’m proud of your body and I don’t want anyone else seeing it” I get you’re proud but we’re going to a dollar store i’m covered and when I ask him “How would you like to wear a bra and cover up your nipples?” and he says”Okay you just offended me” and I said “I offended you? You offended me by telling me what I’m gonna do with my own body. And he denies he offended me that he’s the bad guy that it’s not wrong for him to want me to wear a bra. And usually I would put on a sports bra but my boobs have been so tender it’s uncomfortable to. Then I ask him”What if I’m wearing a bikini do I need to cover up then?” he goes “yeah because other guys are gonna look” and in my opinion that’s a little far. He ended up saying we aren’t together anymore which is also far.
