Late crawler/walker? Just late bloomer or underlying issue?

So did/does anyone have any late crawlers/ walkers? I’m talking past a year old. My daughter is a year old in less than a month and can still barely even bare weight. Farrr from walking or even crawling!!! She just refuses. She bends and reaches at the waist in a sitting position. If they are out of her reach she just sits there or cries. I’m trying my hardest to get her to do something… ANYthing! She just won’t or can’t. Pediatrician said she has good muscle tone and doesn’t see anything wrong. It’s just hard to see other babies her age already walking or hitting milestones she can’t physically. Did you have an extremely late bloomer and was there something actually wrong? Like an underlying condition? Or were they just lazy/late bloomers? I’m so worried and it’s frustrating not seeing her progress.
