My newborn’s tummy has been rumbling 
She feeds on the breast well, passes gas and is able to poop two to three times a day
Am worried her tummy is rumbling and she has been pushing while making noises to
What should I do

Bicycle the legs, or give a bath and then do that.  It usually gets things going xx

Newborns make noises while pushing, it’s normal behavior. You don’t need to give them anything, especially if they’re passing gas and pooping regularly. Grunting noises are normal, they’re using muscles they never had to use in the womb. It’s different and uncomfortable, but baby is fine.

Don’t give her anything. Help them with workouts. Rub the belly gently in clockwise circular motions. Roll their legs/lower half in a clock wise circle. Knees right chest and back down motions. Honestly there’s a lot of good examples on tiktok on how to degas/fart/burp your baby when they seem uncomfortable!
