help!

in need of some advice… so about 2 months ago i took my pill about a day late twice i think it happened. anyway fast forward to now and i’ve still not had my period. i’ve been having unprotected sex but i waited the right about of time after taking my pill late until i was protected again. today i’ve woken up with the most sensitive nipples in the world. do i bother taking a pregnancy test or does anyone know what could be happening? thank you! xxxx
