Pregnancy after IUD

Hi Ladies

I'm in a bit of a dilemma. So I had the IUD inserted about 2 months ago. I had my check up appointment coming up on the 13th of Oct 2021.

The night of the 8th I had contraction like cramps for about an hour and then it stopped. Me and Hubby did the deed the Saturdag (the 9th) a day after.

So I go in for my appointment on the 13th and explain to my gynaecologist the cramps I had that night and se started the scan to find nothing there. Me and hubby was not planning on another baby atm so now I'm 3 days late but negative tests.

Could I be pregnant it might just be too early?

Is it possible for the IUD removal to trigger ovulation?

Side not I ovulated the 4th of October.

Please help I'm going crazy!
