Bug bite??

My baby got this bump on her back and I have no idea what it is?? Any tips for how to treat it or ideas on what it is??

It looks like a big bite. Maybe draw a circle around the red edges and make sure it doesn’t get bigger. If it gets bigger you might want to seek treatment. 
But for now I would maybe put an antibiotic ointment on it and see how it does
