Can the condom leak

Had sex with a stranger we’ll be been talking for a month we had sex and while he was having sex with me he said can he nut inside me without a condom I said no I felt weird about that because who asked that. He told me he came 3 times in the same condom mid stroke I asked him to stop to make sure the condom was on and it was on when he finished my back was wet we was in a car when he took me home I peed and it burned after I got done peeing did he most likely nut inside me I asked and he said no I seen the condom and I didn’t see any leak
