Tired of her shit…..literally

Elyse has either pooped in her diaper, took it off, then smeared it all over the walls & floor, or taken her diaper off, pooped on the floor then smeared it everywhere……3 times in the last 6 days. I am really struggling here. Is this just a phase that toddlers go through? Why does she love doing this so much? Is it time to potty train? She barely talks so it’s not like she can tell me if she needs to go to the bathroom. I’m not sure I can handle it if she does it again. The first two times I thought she was asleep, come in to wake her up & there’s poop everywhere. Today, I was doing the dishes & I thought she was just playing with her toys until I look closer & her diaper is off. Then I see her playing in poop. The boys even got in to it today & I almost lost it. I’m so frustrated & I don’t know how to handle this. I just take her straight to the shower & try not to spank or yell at her. Please help me! 😩💩
