Hospital or will I be fine??

Question

I've had covid for awhile now and the past 3 days I've been randomly getting extreme chills at night followed by a fever of 100.2. It usually goes away but tonight it got up to 100.6. I'm so tired I feel like I'm never going to get over this. It's been 13 days now. I'm 26 weeks pregnant. I lost my smell and taste so I haven't been able to eat either. 
I'm not looking for medical attention, just curious what others would do.

Lots of water, double vitamins, elderberry if you can get it! Rest when you can. Make sure not to sleep on your back so the crap don’t settle in your lungs best to sleep on sides or upward. Make sure to keep Tylenol in you.

I had it at 6w and had exactly what you were experiencing. It sucks so bad but you can heal at home. 
Your fever isn't that bad at all, it's actually a good sign your body is fighting the infection. 
The chills are miserable but pass in a week or so. 
Drink hot herbal teas, bone broth is great too when sick, and make sure you're drinking a ton of liquids. Baths with Epsom salts are nice too.
The steam helps a lot. As far as the taste and smell, it takes a while to come back but look up hot to get it back with essential oils. I've seen tons of people having success with that!

Take Tylenol around the clock.
My ob said when I had it that fever of 101 or oxygen of 95 and under would mean for me to go to the emergency room.
By day 4 my fever broke. It was also 100.6. I just kept taking Tylenol and would wake myself up to take it and monitored my oxygen

No there’s no reason to go. Just continue to rest and stay hydrated.

I wouldn’t go, it’s a low grade fever still at this point. I was told to only go in if I had any chest pain or trouble breathing (I would also assume if that fever starts getting out of control you would want to go in). I had COVID while pregnant and keep on a rotation of Tylenol, sleep literally as much as you can, hot showers or baths as frequent as possible, and DRINK WATER!! It almost had me in preterm labor because I was so dehydrated.
