Tips for dealing with carpal tunnel? 36 weeks
I just moved so my carpal tunnel has come back due to unpacking and using my hands a lot, and of course whenevr I prepare dinner (mainly knife use) it’s bad for the whole night. But this is the worst I’ve ever had it, like even with a brace on it I get no sleep because my hand is constantly asleep/ tingling to the point that it’s painful.
Anyone have any tips or tricks for things to do that can help ease the pain or reduce how often it comes?
