First IUI

I will be having my first IUI coming up soon, I am on my last day of taking letrozole 5 mg and then I have my first monitoring ultrasound on Thursday. I will also be taking the trigger shot the night before the IUI. I can’t help but feel negative like thinking to myself why would it work for me the first time. Also I’m anxious. Can anyone share their experiences, how did it feel… how many times have you tried and did it work… any tips for a first timer? Thank you!!!
