Trying naturally after IVF

I have a 2 year old that I conceived via IVF because both of my tubes previously was blocked. I just had a HSG to see what’s the current situation and praise God one is fully open and the other is partially open. Has anyone ever gotten pregnant naturally after going through IVF or right after getting a HSG test?

I have heard sometimes going through IVF can open your tubes and I guess they were right lol. I had an HSG done a couple weeks ago and it messed up my cycle a bit, but I did have sex a day before my ovulation and after. I’m 5 days away from my expected period and am hoping this is it. I’ve been trying for over a year with no results. Just want some insight if anyone has been through the same or can give advice …TIA
