LEEP procedure questions

I have to have a leep procedure to remove two areas of cells that are “moderate to severe”. My dr said to wait 6-9 months after before getting pregnant but to get pregnant shortly after that since we want a third and incase I need to have another LEEP then getting pregnant would be risky.

Has anyone ever had a leep with moderate to severe cells and then been fine and never needed another? Did you easily get pregnant after? How long did you wait to get pregnant after? Did you have a healthy pregnancy??
