Cramping all day no relief!

Went to the hospital on the recommendation from my nurse thru Humana. The dr was soooo rude. There is a reason I chose a dr and hospital an hour away. I have been cramping all day (probably from dehydration) and I’m still cramping. It’s mild but bothersome. My nurse said it could be preterm labor or contractions so I needed to get checked. But literally just got sent home and told to take Tylenol. And was asked why I didn’t go to my dr or go to the hospital an hour away. If you don’t want me to come here just say that lady. Like this is my first pregnancy firstly so I’m not sure what’s normal and what’s not. I’m only 27 weeks I haven’t gained anything bc of hyperemesis and to just make me feel worse??? Definitely uncalled for. So now I’m back at square one STILL cramping off and on and no relief. Is this normal?
