What is your blood pressure usually?
Mine has been 120s/80s for as long as I can remember and I always thought this was “perfect” bc my mom told me once that it was and I just believed her and never looked into it. And my doctors have never mentioned it. But now I’m looking up blood pressure guidelines and according to them, I actually have stage 1 hypertension..
I’m thin and only 28 years old. I don’t have the best diet and I don’t exercise often but I’m an active person. And I’m no more inactive or unhealthy than my sister who’s blood pressure is 116/60. She’s actually a way worse eater than I am and has more extra weight on her. So of course I’m going to make some healthy changes to see if I can lower it but I have a feeling high blood pressure is just in my cards. My moms is severely high. She is on blood pressure medicine and hers is still 160-170/90-100. She’s also diabetic though..
any way just curious what other people’s blood pressure readings usually are..
