Is this abuse?

Hi,

I have a guy I’ve been dating for about 3 months now and he’s very pushy and he calls himself resilient. I ask him frequently not to touch me if I’m not in the mood. Such as (kissing, hugging, putting his hands on me at all) and he completely ignores me as if I didn’t say anything and continues to touch me if he wants. I push him away and then he calls me mean or that I’m overreacting. It has been this way from the start I guess but has increasingly gotten worse. Is this abuse? I bring this up to him about boundaries like not coming over without telling me first and if we have a set time for him to pick me up he will deliberately come earlier than scheduled while I’m still getting ready. When I’m in my bathroom he will knock on the door and ask what I’m doing. I feel like I’ve started to have no privacy in my own home. We have been off and on because of these issues along side been just feeling like he’s just rude sometimes and he calls me over sensitive or bi polar, I don’t feel emotionally safe with him I know he would never hurt me physically but I think this is taking a role on my emotional and my mental health because I don’t want to constantly be upset with someone because they aren’t respecting my boundaries. We do spend a lot of time together and there were times I asked him to leave because we are always at my place and he said if he had to leave then we are breaking up. Which I think is manipulating. Am I overreacting? He isn’t all bad, he still takes me on dates and treats me like a queen materialistically and takes care of my every need on the daily but I don’t feel like he’s showing up like I need him emotionally as my partner. We’ve even tried couples counseling. Which is crazy for only dating for about 3 months. Helppp
