Cradle cap 😰

Hi,

My L.O is almost 3months. He had the tiniest about of little white flakes on the crown of his head. The paediatrician told me to put sweet almond oil - the first time the flakes went away totally, then they came back next day, so I put more - now it just seems a lot worse! Also it seems a yellowish colour, so now when I take pics of him his hair colour looks completely different because underneath there is this yellowish/ reddish cradle cap... what do to do? Any one else have this problem?

I will go to the doctor on Monday anyway, but did not like previous advice.
