Am I the only one??

This is my second pregnancy with a 11 yr age gap and I am getting a little concerned. Is anyone else not feeling pregnant anymore? I am 21 weeks and I don’t even look pregnant! I was alway on the bigger size so I guess it’s hard for people to see a change but I’m not going to lie I’m getting an insecurity complex over it. Another thing that concerns me is that I’m not feeling my baby move at all. Even the symptoms I use to have like hiccups, pelvic pains, and gas are mostly going away. I’ve spoken to my Dr. office about my concerns and they all tell me it’s normal and pretty much dismisses it… Is anyone else experiencing this at 21 weeks or is it just me?
