Miscarried?

So i posted that i had goten a positive 1 week before my period..yesterday i posted that my lines didnt seem to get anymore darker,seemed like thet were getng faint.

I had confirmed my pregnancy nd everything idk what went wrong nd im so confused.says i should be 4 weeks 6 days started spottin yesterday,but today wokeup with bleeding.i went to the hospital they told me my hcg level was at a 3???? They said if i was pregnant nd miscarrying my levels wouldnt have droped so quick?? Could it have been a chemical,? They did a ultrasound couldnt see anything either..everythin came back normal for myself but im devastated.they told me maybe im bearly started in my pregnancy but were also confused as they seen the pregnancy tests i took.showed them pictures.i even took a test today nd still showed me a positive???

My docter is going to retest my hcg to confirmed if i miscarried.😔😔😔..

I have a 11 year old nd a 2.5 year old who is my rainbow baby.took me 1 year to conceive him after miscarriages..i was so happy that i was pregnant nd surprised that it only took us 2 months.
