Old or new pregnancy? 🌈

Hi everyone, I had a miscarriage on 25th October. The top test is 3 weeks after that as instructed by my midwife. My husband and I have been trying again, today I’ve done the bottom 2 tests. How do I know if it’s a new pregnancy or if it’s still HCG over?
