Intrauterine pregnancy

So… in October I had my first positive pregnancy test. Went to the doctor they did blood test and pregnancy test. They determined I should have been 12 weeks at this point. I felt off and went to a clinic where they do ultrasounds for free, because I had not got one done yet. So unfortunately in the ultrasound they saw the fluid where the baby should be but no baby. My uterus is tilted or something like that they said. They had to do the vaginal ultrasound and still saw no baby. I contacted my doctor we were able to get me another ultrasound and a hcg test. At this point it was seeming as I lost the baby. Well, my doctor messaged last night and said it looks like an intrauterine pregnancy but no heart beat yet… I’m confused and she doesn’t really have answers since we never did a ultrasound before this happened. Anyone experienced something similar? Also my hcg levels came back high. 7113 is what it came out as
