TW: Pregnancy with an IUD

This needs a trigger warning in case anyone isn't comfortable discussing their experiences or if describing mine is a trigger.

I am 3 months postpartum with my 3rd baby. I've used a lot of birth control methods and yet none of my kids were planned.

I've been on multiple brands of the pill and found out I was allergic to some (and the ones that did sit well, i got pregnant on), I had not one but TWO Mirena hormonal IUDs fall out, I had the Nexplenon and it gave me horrible reactions that I'm still dealing with today, and now I have a copper IUD. It's frustrating that I keep falling pregnant. How do I keep getting in the 1%??? It's not fair and I didnt want to get my tubes tied early because I want to be an egg donor. But if i am pregnant, I'm getting my tubes tied, I'm nearly 22 years old ffs with 3 kiddos. So I've had 2 periods with Paraguard already and now i am 10 days late. Is it possible I could be pregnant or is my body just acting up? the only time I've had periods missed more than a week late was due to pregnancy. Ive always had constant periods even after giving birth or after starting to use hormonal birth control. And i have this sharp pain near my left ovary that comes and goes. Has anyone had something similar?? I'm going to get a pregnancy test today to be sure but I'm pretty dang scared of being pregnant again. Also, i haven't checked to see if I still have it inside, so I'll update once I do but I'm sure it's still in there then I'll update once again once I do take a test.
