When to start buying baby things?

Hello mommas! When is a good time to start buying things? Also what are the major necesites I need? This is my third child I have two boys older in age. Gender of the baby is another boy. But i haven’t bought a single thing. Please help! Thank you! 🙏🏼 I am 21 weeks🍼🥑 
Thank you ladies for your response. Also I will not be having a baby shower. Still need some inspo on items to buy I definitely have mom brain and can’t really remember what products were useful. Like must haves.

I didn’t do a baby shower because that’s not my kind of thing but I made sure to start purchasing at 20 weeks and once I hit viability I began to purchase the big stuff. I had everything purchased and put away by 30 weeks. I am so glad I did because these past 8 weeks have been hell on my body and there is no way I would of had the energy to decorate and put together the nursery.

I’m 4 weeks 3 days and I’ve started to buy things. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I won’t buy big items until around 25+ weeks, but I wanted to buy a few things after finding out.

This is my 3rd and I'm 26 weeks 3 days I have clothes and 1 box of diapers plus the bassinet i saved from my 2nd baby 😅 with my first two I had everything ready and put together lol I feel like I'm slacking but also not as worried or concerned

I’m 23 weeks. 
Only thing we have is diapers that my MIL got us & cloth diapers my sil bought us. 
We will buy probably around 30 weeks
