With my first I didn't really have any symptoms at all in the beginning. A little nausea from weeks 8-10. Then cravings for spicy foods. But that was it. 
Currently pregnant with my second boy and this time I was super nauseous from weeks 6-16. Craving sugar this time and have heartburn. And am usually a little sore because this boy is a kicker and he kicks hard lol. 
Never had very early symptoms for either one of them.

Only symptom was craaazzzy fatigue. Like sleep 8 hrs at night and still take 3 naps during the day (apparently my iron was very very low so we corrected it by doing an IV infusion) once got the iron infusion I was as energetic as ever :)

Currently 38 weeks with my third boy and tbh they've all been the same except a few minor differences 
First I didnt find out until gone 8 weeks so the symptoms I was having before I found out I put down to my period showing up at some point e.g. period pains, increased discharge,bloating 
With my second I found out at 10dpo and qith that I had sore boobs and period pains 
With my current pregnancy found out at 9dpo I havnt really had any symptoms I gagged alot at the beginning but I didn't really have any symptoms past 9 weeks I don't even have cravings

My first boy was typical boy- salt cravings, very little nausea, excellent complexion, basketball belly, lots of energy. 
This boy has been complete opposite. Sick from weeks 5-16, craving sweets, breaking out and dry skin, carrying all around my midsection.

With my first son, I had the smoothest pregnancy ever. I was just extremely tired and I craved greasy and salty foods. With my pregnancy now which I’m having another boy has been completely different. This pregnancy is way harder, nausea, sickness, headache, aches and pains, craving anything sweet. So I’ve had all types of symptoms/ cravings and have boys! Depends on the pregnancy I suppose!

I was horribly sick in the first trimester. I lost 20lbs because i had a food adversion to everything and everything made me throw up. I had sore boobs, acne, exhaustion.

For my son I had NO nausea, nothing, felt great. Pretty bad heartburn, skin was great, only thing I craved was Mountain Dew. For this pregnancy with my daughter the first trimester I was sooo sick, skin was horrible, and just exhausted. My cravings this time has been mozzarella sticks and red Gatorade
