Catching feelings for my roommate

I had zero interest in ever dating any roommates. I have a couple and the guy who lives with us was far from my type as far as physical attributes but the more I get to know him the more I feel myself enjoying his company and I am starting to physically become attracted to him (needless to say not what I expected to happen). I want to avoid these feelings though for fear it will ruin the dynamic in the house if anything ever went south and/or he doesn’t or won’t ever have those feelings back. I’ve never been in this situation.

Anyone have experience or advice with this?
