Kids taken away from parents

What happens once kids are taken away from parents?

My brother had his children taken away for drugs, neglect, ect.

He asked me today if I would be willing to take them. I have two kids of my own and I really can’t afford them let alone two more. I feel obligated cause they’re my nephews to take them and I know that sounds absolutely horrible. My boyfriend doesn’t like the idea of it. I love them but I feel I can’t do it. I work 13 hour days, I have a farm to take care of on top of it. I just don’t know. If I had more financial support it might be easier as my boyfriend and I already fight because of money issues. Ugh I don’t know what to do
