To test or to wait.?

So, back in 2018, I had an emergency d&c done, I was 11 weeks along. Me and my DH was going through alot of pain at that time. Since then we have decided to try again. Four years later and still nothing. It has been month after month, year after year with BFN. Heartbreaking. After going to the drs. On many occasions, the drs had found out that I had a cyst, laying right on top of my stomach lining. After having that removed, and healing. We went back to the drs. Then decided it was time to have a HSG test done. The finding of my HSG test were, spillage on my left side but not my right, drs. Call it Unicornuate uterus. What a name huh? So with having a Unicornuate uterus, means my chances of conceving are cut by half. Only my left side can conceive. Now I am late by almost a week. I've been having a high since of smells, dizzy spells and wanting to munch alot. Super thirsty. Having to pee alot also. I have not tested, because I'm scared that I'll see that BFN on the test. I'm confused and spilling my heart out writing this. What should I do?
