HUD housing

So I’ve been living in public housing since June with my two kids. Just found out I’m pregnant and have an inspection coming tomorrow. My house is clean. But lately I do have some roaches. They have already sprayed and it hasn’t helped. I’ve also sprayed raid and put down powder stuff. I take care of my house the best I can but in these type of apartments you can’t exactly keep them away. I don’t have many only see at most 3 a day. But I was told by the lady who’s over these apartments hud claims one roach as an infestation. So. If they find one roach in My house what would happen most likely? Has anyone been threw this?

Side question. Does anyone know how to get rid of roaches? I don’t have any wet surfaces, no food out, I keep my house pretty clean. As much as you can with two kids anyways. The roach spray doesn’t seem to help much. And I’ve heard the powder can take months.
