Sister in law

so this past Friday, my sister in law had my baby and she was spinning her around and my mother in law was telling her to stop because the baby was going to get dizzy well I kept hearing her laugh which meant she kept doing it so I decided to go to the kitchen where she was at and she saw me and stopped . I’m pretty sure it’s not good to be spinning a baby like that. Then on Saturday my baby had a toy and she kept throwing it on the floor so she decided to “scream” at her I guess you can say. and i honestly didn’t like any of that . I talked to my husband and told him to talk to her and tell her not to do that anymore. He said he will if he sees her doing it. But I want to know if I’m exaggerating or do I have every right to be mad?
