Baby routine 6 almost 7 months.

So my son is 7 months on the 28th and this last month I've had a schedule, it works great when I stick to it! But if I miss one thing then I feel my schedule is messed up and I can't continue during the day. My son is really good on them and I need one honestly. But I'm also trying to relactate so I need to pump alot during the day, so far I can only fit in 6-7 pumps, so while I'm trying to balance that I'm honestly drained. Can I please hear everyone's daily routine with baby. Bonus points if you add your pump schedule too.
