Pretty big difference between everyday and never. 
We’re maybe 3-4x wk?

My son is 3. We went through just a couple of months with terrible tantrums just before turning 2. After that, we went through sleep schedule changes and his behavior improved significantly. Now we rarely have a tantrum. We are lucky that he understands nearly everything and speaks really well also. So we talk a lot about things that could be potential triggers and it helps to avoid the conflicts before they arise.

She's 3.5 now so it's a few times a week, but when she was younger there was something everyd day. The insta account Big Little Feelings has been hugely helpful for me in terms of giving me strategies and tools to help her navigate big emotions.
