Is my so controlling (army wives advice needed also)

So my SO asks me how i feel about him going out with friends and everytime ill say yes this time him and his friends were meeting up somewhere and i asked my SO where were they meeting up and he tells me "stop askin im not going to tell u" funny thing is if i was to say that he would curse me out i cant lie i got a little suspicious because he was being one sided and usually we tell each other what we plan to do with friends and when we will be home because we may have family time planned but this time it wasnt like that he wouldnt tell me anything it's funny cus i have a Christmas party to go to friday and i asked him how do he feel about it he says "ask me next week ,aske me in to days) and a week and two days later no anwser so fuck it im going to still go im done with the one sided sht ladies i cant never go out peacefully my friends take me out for a girls bight he either says no or let me go and then harrass me blowing up my phone askin me when im going to be home (when he knows when) and i just give up ladies im a good ass faithful fiance but for some reason he feels he gotta keep "tabs" on me and its worse cus hea in the army and tells me how what i wear or who i hang out with can affect his career what do u guys think?
