Bleeding placenta 😬🥺🥲

I am 24 weeks. My last ultrasound at 18 weeks they said they saw a little tear in my placenta from it bleeding but it had stopped. Had a follow-up ultrasound today at 24 weeks. It is actively bleeding again and the tear is a little bigger. Baby girl is only 28 percentile and growing slightly slower than last check up, but not low enough to be gravely concerned. My two previous babies were 70 and 90th percentile so I find this to be weird.

The part that freaks me out is the active bleeding. Has this ever happened to anyone? They are sending me to high-risk doctor
