Advice needed

I took an at home UTI test last night that showed positive for leukocytes.

I took one this morning and I think it looked negative.

The issue is I'm currently pregnant and having discomfort when I go to the bathroom and also throughout the day. Almost having a hard time holding it even tho when I go it isn't much.

I'd also say there's at least some what of an off smell from normal when I pee.

I don't know if it's a UTI, BV, or yeast infection.

A UTI I have had but I have never had BV or a yeast infection. My discharge isn't any weird color.

I also didn't notice any difference in smell until this morning after holding my pee all night.

Any insight as to what may be going on?

(My OB will be called, they just aren't open yet)
