Bumped baby’s head

We have an older ceiling fan in our room so the lights hang low. I was picking my baby up to put him in the body holder (if that’s what it’s called?) and didn’t realize we were right under the fan so when I picked him up I bumped his head on the light… he cried for about 5 seconds and is now fine. I feel so terrible, he seems okay but not sure if I need to take him to the dr or if anyone else has done this… I feel awful
