Is this early labor

I feel as if my baby might have dropped(I’m 33 weeks), I’ve gained about 17 pounds In 3 weeks after being really sick with Covid. But he will move in what feels like a rolling motion and I will then feel a lightening pain shoot to my vaginal canal. I have had a few Braxton hicks contractions. And the last few days I have been crampy and pressure in my back. This is my first baby.

The photos I uploaded, the one in the blue shirt was before I got sick and the one in the black shirt was a few days ago.

Is this early labor?
