9 mo old tempers

My daughter just turned 9 months but for the last few weeks has been doing what seems like tempers. I’m a first time mom so I could be wrong. She constantly throws herself back and screams when she doesn’t want to do something like sit in her pack and play it high chair. She smacks you in the face constantly and grips to scratch hard. I tell her no and at first it was fine she would stop and cry for a few seconds now she laughs. Which as much as she’s funny I don’t want this to become a bad habit. Even bedtime has become a challenge she will fight with even the smallest task. I’m one exhausted mama since I do it all alone and with work added to all this there are days I just cry because I don’t know what to do.. Any advice?
