Pulling sensation at 19 weeks

For the last 2 days or so i have had this pulling/tugging/aching sensation in the middle of my pelvic and into my vaginal area. I am 19 weeks pregnant today and have my 20 week scan in 1 week followed by an antenatal. I don’t have any other associated symptoms. It’s not incredible painful, just uncomfortable and is making me a little nervous. It comes every now and then. Almost feels in a way at times like i was kicked in the private area. This is my first pregnancy so I’m unfamiliar with what is “normal”!
