Hey moms. I know some of us aren’t lawyers but I can use some advice especially from those who can relate. I have a 2 year old, over the 2 years my sons father has been abusive in all areas. 2020 I moved out in February and was able to get primary physical custody of my our son. Moving forward til now things haven’t been easy with my sons father. I’ve tried my best to help him in all areas to co parent but he’s extremely bitter, still abusive but even worst now. Over the few months he broke into my home and threatened my family and he had 4 warrants for his arrest- he turned himself in 2 months later and the state picked up the case so we have court January 10th, he’s had 3 dss investigations, he’s gave my son several allergic reactions, his ex gf has allegedly sexually abused our son, he had her hidden in the vehicle once during a pick up, my son has came back with a cut in his spine and brushing on his hip. During these last three visits he’s always refused to give me any updates on my son. Today I found out he had another open dss cause however my child had to still go until it was completed. He opened my car door and removed my son out the car and hid behind pick up trucks in a abandoned lot across the street with my son which I thought was strange… during this time he recorded me and posted me on social media which violates one of his agreements out on bond. He was calling me terrible names while holding my son and even tried to encourage my child to call me hateful names… any advice on how I should legally go about this?
