I’m honestly overwhelmed been desperate

My son has had ringworm for almost 2 months now unfortunately I didn’t see it right away because at the time he had more hair and it was something I have never been through. I only noticed it around the second week because he started having bold spots so he didn’t see a doctor til the 3rd week of having it. He now has oral medication and a shampoo but at the same time I bought a cream for ringworm from Walmart. The doctor told me it’s bad it could take maybe 2 months to cure. I’m so overwhelmed and it’s hard seeing him like this because I feel like I don’t see much change idk what else to do ☹️☹️😞
