my husband emotionally abuses me I think

my husband says things bad about me... he talks about my weight when we weigh the same. he tells me he feel sorry for me cause I'm have heart attack ect. when all I did was eat apple sauce cause I woke him up... he talks to me like a dog when I told him I needed medicine for my cough he got mad and told me not to ask for anything tomrrow... he has been strict on money since he stopped drinking... he talks to Me hateful... he let's his family make fun of me and talk hateful to me more his mom and brothers do... he don't care... we got married in Oct we been together for 6 and half years... we have 2 kids together... also he won't tell his mom to pay off her phone so I can get it off my name I'm tired of paying for it he said he will help and end up don't do it... my dad told me I made mistake marrying him he wishes I didnt... now I regret marrying him... he is so hateful worse then when he was drinking.... I've tried talking to him but he don't listen to shit....
