Just some advice :) not planned

Hey everyone, I currently have a 9 month old little boy. I have just found Out I’m pregnant (not planned, condom split and took morning after pill didn’t work) possibly 6 weeks but not certain if it’s correct I will be due September in where my little boy will only be just over 17 months old! My question is Has anyone got this age gap and how do/did they find it? I’m a really worried that I’m not going to be able to cope with two under 2. Need some comfort/ reassurance! Currently indecisive on whether I am going to keep this baby or not, not just because of being scared but also because I really need to have my gallbladder operation that I have been waiting 3 years for. Any kind comments Is much appreciated xx
