Thrush & pumping/breastfeeding 🥴
I have thrush (and if anyone has any tips, I’m all ears) and have switched to exclusively pumping until the nipple pain lessens. (Way too painful to raw feed for now.)
My supply was fine when I was feeding straight from the breast. Now that I’ve been pumping a couple days, I’m worried about accidentally increasing my supply (no thank you!). Any tips to avoid increasing my supply the next few days? Daughter is 4 weeks and such an adorable milk monster. Please help!
